Answer 080 customer service hotline and respond to customer inquiries online.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle calls to the 0800 customer service hotline and address return and exchange issues.
- Provide member services, handle store and product inquiries, and assist with online store issues.
- Support other customer service tasks related to various products.
- Provide pre-job and on-the-job training, as well as career planning courses.
- Purely service-oriented role with no sales responsibilities.
